HUNT Real Estate expands its market share in CNY with the acquisition of Procopio Real Estate — RISMedia
HUNT Real Estate ERA has expanded its presence in the central New York area by acquiring Procopio Real Estate, a locally managed real estate company in Syracuse, the company announced. Procopio has served the central New York area since 2011 and employs 52 realtors, all of whom will join HUNT’s branch in Camillus, New York. In 2021, Procopio sold 705 units worth $130 million in sales volume, according to a statement.
